AXOM DARXO GRAM YOJANA OF HOJAI DISTRICT

* Fund received vide Letter No. PD/DCP/62/2018/PT-II/16 Dated.22/02/2019.

* District Level Committee was formed on 31/12/2019 vide the Notification No.HJD.22/2018/AAGY/261 Dated.

* The Village Level Committees were formed vide the Notification No. HJD.22/2018/AAGY 263,264,& 265 Dated.21/01/2021.

*The district Level meeting on implementation of AAGY was held on 30/07/2021 and all the village level committees were directed to do the following activities:

        1. Survey of the basic facilities of villages.

        2. Prepare list of activities on priority basis with probable date of completion.

        3. Prepare probable cost of the activities.

    4. The District Level Committee Meeting was held on 10/09/2021 where the District Level Committee unanimously approved the village Development Plan Plans submitted by six Village Level Committees and directed to submit Plan & Estimates of the approved Schemes. After the submission of the Schemes , fund has been sanctioned to the Construction Committees on 30/10/2021.

        5. Due to shortage of Officers & Staff in the District Planning Cell, Timely implementation of the schemes are being hampered.
